Cold-pressed from hemp seeds, this oil is rich in omega fatty acids and antioxidants.

How to use:

For Skin:

Apply a few drops of hempseed oil to a clean face and massage it in, or use it as a body oil after showering. You can also mix a few drops with your regular moisturiser.

For Dry Areas: Apply the oil directly to dry skin, such as elbows or heels, to moisturise them.
For Acne: For acne-prone skin, apply the oil to clean skin and leave it on for one to two minutes before washing it off.
For Hair and Nails: Massage a small amount into your scalp or beard, or apply it to nails and cuticles to nourish and add shine
