We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as secure payment methods such as EFT and PayFast. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can assist with changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at orange@tripleorange.co.za.

Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on your location. Tracking updates will be sent once your parcel is dispatched.

International shipping is available to select regions. Please contact us for a quote or check our international rates at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your parcel in real time.

Shipping rates start at R50, and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at orange@tripleorange.co.za or Whatsapp 011 023 7208 with photos as soon as you open your package, and we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or solution.

You can dilute the gel, but it will not perform like our spray. Each product has a unique formulation designed for specific applications.

The small particles you may see are natural orange-oil solids. Like pulp in freshly squeezed juice, they may settle over time — a normal sign of a pure citrus-based formula.

Many Triple Orange products share core natural ingredients — especially orange oil — but each formula uses different strengths and ratios to suit its intended purpose.

The spray is a soap-based cleaner and must be rinsed after use. If not rinsed, a light residue may remain and feel slippery.

No. The Laundry Cream includes a natural softening agent, so there is no need to add a separate fabric softener.

Wonder Gel is highly concentrated. Using too much can create excess foam. Start with a small amount — a little goes a long way.
