OPERATIONS & WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Operations & Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing team. A reliable and experienced individual to manage stock movement and help strengthen day-to-day operations in our growing eco-friendly manufacturing business. This is a critical support role, ideal for someone with FMCG , Stock Control and warehousing experience who values structure, understands inventory, and takes pride in doing things properly.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing all stock movement across intake, production, dispatch, and depot
Supervise a small, efficient team in the stores department
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations
Maintain inventory records internal systems, proficient in Excel is a must

Requirements:

2 -3 Years Proven experience in FMCG / retail stock and inventory control
Post-matric qualification or certification
Warehouse Training certification (Advantageous)
Knowledge of Warehousing standards
Prior supervisory experience in a similar role
Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office and specifically Excel
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
